Space is limited – only ticket-holders will be admitted to the banquet. Children under 5 may attend for free.
Cancellation Policy
Unless an exception is approved by the Committee, all symposium participants must register (except for keynote speakers). A full refund for registration will be made if cancellation is requested on or before May 15, 2024. No refund will be issued if registration is canceled after May 15.
One Speaker/One Abstract Policy
Except in cases where they are receiving an ICSA prize or award, individuals may not deliver scheduled talks at more than one session in the Symposium. But, one can serve as a discussant in an invited session while speaking or serving as a panelist in another session. Each presentation abstract can be submitted to only one invited session.
Session Chairs
Session chairs, as symposium participants, must register. If you are both an invited speaker in one session and a session chair for a different session, register only once, as an invited speaker for the session you are speaking in. Otherwise, you may register as a general attendee.
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for invited speakers is included in the registration process. Please be able to provide your abstract title and text, author and co-author information, and payment when you register. The submission window for posters is now closed.
If you register with a different email than the one submitted with the session proposal, please notify the organizers at symposium2024[at]icsa.org so that the mailing list can be updated. (Otherwise, you may continue to receive reminders about deadlines you’ve met.)
