Venue

The 2024 Applied Statistics Symposium will be held at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Located at 2100 West End Avenue in Midtown Nashville, the hotel is directly across the street from the Vanderbilt University campus and a few blocks away from 2525 West End Avenue, home of several Vanderbilt University Medical Center departments, including the Department of Biostatistics. A short walk, ride, or drive from the hotel will deliver you to Centennial Park, Broadway, and other major tourist destinations. 

Transportation

The distance between Nashville International Airport (BNA) and the conference venue is approximately nine miles (typically a 15- to 30-minute drive, depending on traffic). Rideshares (e.g., Lyft and Uber), taxis, rental cars, buses, and shuttles are available at the airport. More information can be found at FlyNashville.com’s page on ground transportation.

Lodging

The symposium organizers have reserved a room block at the conference hotel. Lodging is available to ICSA attendees at a special rate on a first-come, first-served basis. For alternative hotel recommendations, please contact symposium2024@icsa.org.
